Mulligan's Stew (our own recipe)
3 lbs diced lamb
60 oz Guinness
32 oz chicken stock
4 potatoes
3 large carrots
2 white onions
salt and pepper to taste
Braised Cabbage (option to put on top of stew)
4 oz cabbage
1/4 red onion
1 tsp oil
1 tsp butter
1/3 tsp garlic
salt and pepper to taste
