More outages as storm moves east

ATLANTA (AP) - Hundreds of thousands of people are without power, and the number of outages is growing by the hour, as the southeastern United States is battered by its second wintry storm in two weeks. At least nine traffic deaths across the region are blamed on the weather. The storm is pushing northward along the Interstate 95 corridor, threatening to bring more than a foot of snow by tomorrow to the mid-Atlantic and the Northeast, which have already seen plenty of winter.
