Monument Fire now at 20,000 acres

SIERRA VISTA - The Monument Fire burning in the Huachuca Mountains south of Sierra Vista is now at 20,956 acres.

The fire started last Sunday, and is 27 percent contained tonight.

There are 1,061 people assigned to the fire, including 21 crews, 104 engines, and eight helicopters.
