TUCSON - A monsoon storm may hit Tucson within the next hour, says News 4 Tucson Chief Meteorologist Rob Guarino.

Slow-moving storms are about 17 to 22 miles southeast of Tucson right now, he says, and if they hold together, they will be in the Tucson area by 3:15 to 3:30.

The storm hovering over Sonoita right now is trending bigger and stronger, he says; residents in Vail should be seeing monsoon activity already.
