Missing vulnerable adult found safe

TUCSON - Guillermina Leon, who was reported missing yesterday, has now been found.
According to a news release from the Tucson Police Department, she was located at University Medical Center South after a security guard recognized from an earlier news broadcast and notified the police.
She was found to be in good condition and was returned to her home.
