Middle school teacher acquitted of sex charges

TUCSON - Jurors have acquitted an Utterback Magnet Middle School teacher accused of having sex with a female middle school student. Joseph Massey, 37, was charged with sexual conduct with a minor after police say a family member found suspicious messages on Facebook. Massey was acquitted of that charge.
