TUCSON - Today on News 4 Tucson at Noon, the Humane Society of Southern Arizona stopped by with Mertle, an American Staffordshire terrier.
Mertle is a good indoor and outdoor girl who loves to dig when she's outside to keep cool, Humane Society representatives tell us. She may look tough but she's a gentle pup who is well-socialized with young children and other dogs. She loves to play with all dogs and doesn't show signs of dominance.
Right now the Humane Society of Southern Arizona is running a special: cats aged one to five years are only $25, and cats five and older are free.
