Mayor Rothschild challenges Tucson to "Walk" with him

TUCSON - Mayor Jonathan Rothschild is challenging Tucsonans to get fit with the launch of "Walk 100 Miles with the Mayor."
Mayor Rothschild is teaming up with BEYOND.
"One of my New Year's resolutions is to get more exercise. I can't think of a better way to meet that goal than with other Tucsonans," Mayor Rothschild said.
Special recognition will be given to participant who walk or run 100 miles between Saturday, January 5 and Saturday, June 1.
The first walk begins Saturday at 2:45 p.m. at Armory Park, 221 6th Ave, Tucson,
Citizens can sign up and check their progress in the walk on the Mayor's website, www.mayorrothschild.com.
