MARANA - The Marana Police Department has received a grant from the Governor's Office of Highway Safety to help pay for monthly DUI patrols.
The $50,000 Enforcement Grant will add to the department's public education efforts to reduce speed, alcohol and drug-impaired driving fatalities and collisions.
The Marana Police Department will be scheduling DUI patrols during the holiday season in conjunction with the Southern Arizona DUI Taskforce.
