PHOENIX (AP) - A man is accused of first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of his brother-in-law in Phoenix.
Police say 33-year-old Steven Lomax Jr. was arrested Sunday in the killing of 42-year-old Richard Swann following an argument between the men.
According to Officer James Homes, Lomax's sister and the victim's wife called police after the shooting.
Holmes says Lomax then took the phone and spoke with polices before immediately surrendering when officers arrived at the home.
Lomax was booked into a Maricopa County jail.
