TUCSON - Police have arrested a 27-year-old Tucson man for allegedly posting ads on the internet soliciting men to bring their children to him to engage in sexual conduct.
Jeffrey Allen Albert was booked into Pima County Jail after detectives from the Internet Crimes Against Children unit got a tip about an internet ad from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, TPD officials say.
The ad was soliciting other men to bring their children to the ad poster to engage in sexual conduct. Detectives investigated further, then agreed to meet Albert.
Albert was arrested in the parking lot of Tucson Mall, 4500 N. Oracle Rd., yesterday afternoon. He was charged with Molestation of a Child (Conspiracy to Commit) and Luring a Minor for Sexual Exploitation. Additional charges are pending.
Anyone who has information about this case, or any other incident Mr. Albert may be involved in, is encouraged to call 911 or 88 Crime.
