TUCSON - Police have arrested a man in connection to a fatal accident involving a motorcycle and another vehicle.

The accident happened May 14th, at the intersection of 22nd St., and S. Alvernon Way.

Officers say 36 year old Neil Webb was driving a motorcycle when he failed to stop for a red light and collided with a 2006 Nissan Altima.

Samatha Winston, a passenger on the motorcycle died.

Webb has been charged with 2nd degree murder, aggravated criminal damage, and two counts of endangerment.
