TUCSON - Today on News 4 Tucson at 4 p.m., The Biggest Loser Tucson will feature Tamara, who used a cleansing method with supplement shakes to get in shape for her high school reunion.
She lost 65 pounds and went from a size 12 to a size 2.

Mark Inskeep now weighs 213 pounds.
