Live roach in Italian restaurant

TUCSON - Guiseppe's on Oracle road received 2 critical violations. A live roach was observed in the water heat area, and potentially hazardous foods were not being stored at a safe temperature. Guiseppe's on Oracle received a "Needs Improvement" rating.

Nico's Mexican Food on Ina received 4 critical violations.

An employee sweeping the floor failed to wash his hands correctly and then handled food. Several foods were not being stored at a safe temperature. Raw shrimp was being stored above ham. Containers holding beans and rice were broken. And employees had put their personal drinks above ready to eat foods where they could spill. Nico's on Ina is now operating on a "Provisional" license.

Caruso's on 4th, Baggin's on Oracle and Wienerschnitzel on Oracle all received an "Excellent" rating.
