TUCSON -Asian fresh - that's what we cooked up on today's "Let's Make a Meal" on News 4 Tucson at 4 p.m.
Chef Choi, Head Sushi Chef at An Del Sol and Mr. An's, stopped by the studios today to make Tuna Tartare and Mango Crunch Rolls. Here are the recipes:
Tuna Tartare
Ingredients:
• Tuna
• Avocado
• Tomatoes
• Cucumber
• Spicy Miso Sauce
• Black Flying Fish Roe
• Green Onion
Recipe:
• Take Tuna and top it with avocado, tomato, cucumber. Then drizzle spicy miso sauce, black flying fish roe, then top with the green onion.
Mango Crunch Roll
Ingredients:
• Salmon
• Mango
• Spinach
• Beet Crunch
• Sweet Chili sauce
• Mango Sauce
• Seaweed
• Rice
Recipe:
• Roll Salmon, mango, spinach, and beet crunch into the rice and seaweed, then top with sweet chili and mango sauce.
