TUCSON - Today on "Let's Make a Meal," Executive Chef David Matais from Teresa's Mosaic Café stopped by to make Teresa's Guacamole. Here's the recipe:
2 hass avocados
1/4 cup of minced scallions
1/4 cup minced cilantro
1/4 cup tomatoes, small diced
Salt to taste
In a bowl, mash your avocados then add the rest of ingredients and mix.
Add 1/2 Serrano chile, minced. For a milder flavor, seed and devein chile.
