Let's Make a Meal: Seared Ahi Tuna with Spicy Noodles

TUCSON - Today on "Let's Make a Meal," Chef Josh Tomczyk from Nimbus American Bistro stopped by the studios to make:

Seared Ahi Tuna with Spicy Noodles

6oz Ahi Tuna
2oz Sesame Seeds
2 oz Peanut Oil
Salt & Pepper

3oz Cooked Linguini
2oz Julianne Zucchini
1oz Julianne Red Bell Pepperes
½ oz Julianne Green Onions
1oz Shaved Cabbage
1 tsp Choppped Garlic
1 tsp Soy Sauce
¼ tsp Sesame Oil
¼ tsp Serracha Chili sauce
1 oz Chicken Stock
1 oz Peanut Oil

Season Tuna with salt and pepper then roll in sesame seeds to coat. With a pan on high heat sear tuna in oil. 45 seconds to 1 minute per side.

In a pan on high heat add all vegetables to pan stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Deglaze pan with chicken stock and follow with remaining liquids. Lastly add linguini toss till hot through and serve.
