2 oz vegetable oil
½ lb sirloin Small Dice
1 small Yellow Onion Small Dice
½ Can Green Chilies diced
1 Red Bell Pepper roasted and Diced
1 Green Bell Pepper roasted Diced
1 Poblano Pepper roasted Diced
1 Anaheim Pepper roasted Diced
2 Cans Diced Plum Tomatoes
¾ Tablespoon Garlic Salt
¾ Tablespoon Black Pepper
½ tablespoon paprika
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 Cup canned Black Beans
1 Cup canned Red Kidney Beans
1) Sauté beef in oil about 10 minutes.
2) Add onions and all chilies and sauté about 10 minutes with beef.
3) Add tomatoes with garlic salt, pepper, paprika and chili powder. Let cook over low heat for 30 minutes until beef is tender.
4) Add beans last and cook on low heat about 15 minutes.
