TUCSON - Today on "Let's Make a Meal," Craig Nassar, the "Practical Chef," stopped by to make:
1 Tbsp. Butter, softened
4 each Hot dog buns or kaiser rolls, split
1 1/2 # Cooked and cubed lobster meat
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Fresh lime juice
1 dash Hot pepper sauce (e.g. TabascoTM)
2 each Green onions, chopped
1 each Stalk celery, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch Fresh basil, parsley or tarragon
