Let's Make a Meal: Alambre Tacos

TUCSON - Today on "Let's Make a Meal," we went to Mexico City for a little inspiration - cooking Alambre Tacos with David Hernandez from La Parrilla Suiza.

Here's the recipe:

Alambre Tacos

1 oz. Bacon
3 oz. Beef or chicken
2 freshly made corn tortillas
1 oz. Diced onions
1 oz. Diced green and red bell peppers

Beef or chicken diced and sautéed with bacon, onions and bell peppers
