TUCSON - Today on "Let's Make a Meal," we went Asian, with Chef Youngmin Choi from Mister An's and "An Del Sol" making two unique sushi rolls.
Here are the recipes:
Del Sol-Troy Roll
o Ingredients:
o Spicy Tuna
o Salmon
o Furikake Flakes
o Spicy Aioli Sauce
o Dried Sea Weed
o How to make:
o Spread rice on the dried sea weed, add spicy tuna and salmon plus spicy creamy sauce on top with Japanese seasoning , then place roll on top of bamboo leaf then wrap in aluminum foil, then the best part... light it on fire (to cook).
Mt. Lemon Roll
o Ingredients:
o Crab Salad
o Asparagus
o Avocado
o Salmon
o Sliced lemon
o Spinich Bits
o Mango Sauce
o Wasabi Sauce
o How to make:
o Spread crab salad on soy wrap and avocado and asparagus, sliced salmon and lemon on top.
