YUMA, Ariz. (AP) - A third woman arrested nearly four years ago for allegedly running a prostitution ring out of a Somerton massage parlor will not have to serve any jail time.
The Yuma Sun reports Won Sil Shim was sentenced to three years of unsupervised probation by a Yuma County Superior Court judge.
The 58-year-old, who was born in Korea but is a permanent U.S. resident, was facing up to two years in prison.
The sentence was part of a plea agreement in which Shim pleaded guilty to one count of criminal impersonation. Prosecutors dropped 33 other charges.
Shim was arrested along with two other Korean women when federal and local agents raided the Smile Spa Massage after receiving complaints about prostitution.
The other two women have already been sentenced.
