TUCSON - High winds have created a large dust storm over Downtown and midtown Tucson.

The dust storm is limiting visibility in the areas hit, with wind gusts of up to 30-35 miles per hour traveling from south to north across town.

The Pima County Department of Environmental Quality has issued an air quality advisory, warning of elevated levels of particulate matter.
