The L'amberguesa is a prime example of the melding of "Aussie" and "Cantina".
It's a Lamb Burger with a southwestern flare!
6oz Australian ground Lamb, seasoned to taste
1/2 oz goat cheese
1/2oz Roasted Red Peppers
1/4oz Fresh Spinach
1 table spoon mint aioli
1 Ciabatta roll.
Grill or pan fry the ground lamb burger (Australian or New Zealand provides optimal flavor!) to your liking ie, rare, medium rare or medium. For best results, do NOT cook over medium!
Place on toasted Ciabatta roll, sliced in half.
Pile on other fresh ingredients.
