TUCSON - On this week's Kitchen Cops:
IHOP on North Cerius Stravenue received one critical violation. A cook was observed placing raw bacon on the grill with gloves and then, without washing his hands, grabbed ready-to-eat toast. This can lead to cross contamination. IHOP on North Cerius Stravenue received a "Good" rating.
Chinese Combo on West Orange Grove Road received 2 critical violations. An employee did not properly wash his hands after handling dirty dishes, and raw beef was stored above cooked chicken. Chinese Combo on West Orange Grove Road received a "Good" rating.
Raging Safe Coffee Roasters on Campbell Avenue, Sonoran Sno Cones on South Avenida and Tacos El Bigotes on East 29th Street all received an "Excellent" rating.
