TUCSON - China Star Supper Buffet on Grant received 4 critical violations.

Multiple cans of roach spray were found in a storage room. Insecticides must be applied by licensed pesticide companies only. Raw eggs were stored above seafood salad, raw beef was stored over chili sauce and raw chicken was stored over cooked pork.

Raw food must be stored below ready-to-eat food.

The walk-in refrigerator also had several foods stored without an expiration date.

China Star Supper Buffet on Grant received a "Needs Improvement" rating.

Golden China on Golf Links Road received 1 critical violation.

A pan of cooked chicken in individual plastic bags with several pieces of raw salmon wrapped in plastic was placed on top of the chicken. Foods must be protected from cross-contamination.

Golden China on Golf Links Road received a "Good" rating.

Eegee's on Campbell, Upper Crust Pizza on Grant and Wienerschnitzel on Kolb received an "Excellent" rating.
