A jury finds suspended University of Arizona football player, Jonathan Turner, not guilty of sexual assault.

Turner had been accused of sexually assaulting a 23 year old woman at her northwest side home, on April 3, 2008.

The victim claimed she had been drinking, and then passed out. She told jurors when she woke up, Turner was on top of her.

He insisted the sex was consensual.

The case went to jurors on Friday, this morning they returned the not guilty verdict.
