Is it really November? More record heat today

Posted - 11/4/2009 at 5:07PM

The calendar says November 4 but it feels more like late September.  Mother Nature has shown Southern Arizona record heat for two days in a row.  News 4 Chief Meteorologist Jimmy Stewart says Tucson tied a record today when the mercury hit 91 degrees.  On Tuesday, the temperature peaked at 93 degrees.
We could see more record heat tomorrow.  However, Jimmy is watching a storm system in the Northwest which will bring a change this weekend.  Join us tonight on News 4 at 10:00 for the 7 day forecast.
