TUCSON - With the US Supreme Court expected to rule on Arizona's immigration law, SB 1070, not all immigrants agree on what should be done about illegal immigration.

Dozens of children took an oath to be loyal American citizens Saturday.

Abdirahman Abdi's daughter was one of those kids. Abdi took the oath years ago after leaving a refugee camp in Kenya.

"It is a challenge, but when you become a US citizen," Abdi said, "it is really something to be proud of. It's a very huge accomplishment."

Even though he went through the process, he is not upset that some people who came illegally are not going to be deported under President Obama's new policy.

"I'm happy for them," Abdi said. "I support what the president said."

Pat Sexton came from Guatemala when she was a child. She supports SB 1070.

"Where is the justice for those of us who came legally?" Sexton asked. "Who obeyed the rules? Who took our time?"

Nina Samuels emigrated from Peru. She does not think anybody should get special treatment, including children brought by their parents.

"At the back of the line," Samuels said, "I didn't break any laws. I came legally. I have never asked the government for anything."
