Identity thieves sought by Marana Police

TUCSON - Marana police are asking for the public's help identifying two suspects suspected of using stolen checks, debit and credit cards.

Police say they used the stolen cards and checks to buy things at Wal-Mart and Circle K.

Marana police description of the suspects:

  • 30-year-old African American male, 5-feet, 6-inches tall
  • 30-year-old Caucasian female with red hair

Police say the two are connected to a 1998 or 1999 blue Volvo 4-door sedan with tinted windows and a 90s model Chevy pickup with no rear bumper. The pickup has a black bed liner and is in good condition, police said.

Anyone having information about their identity and/or whereabouts is urged to call Sgt. William Hess of the Marana Police Department, 911, or 88-Crime. Photographs obtained from surveillance video are attached.


The Marana Police Department is requesting the public's assistance with identifying two people suspected of using stolen credit/debit cards and stolen checks to make purchases at two Tucson Wal-Mart's and three Tucson Circle K Stores.
