TUCSON - Warmer temperatures on the way as we head into the work week.
According to Meteorologist John Patrick, an upper level low will hang around the western states through Monday keeping afternoon highs pretty manageable for May standards. It should be a nice wrap to the weekend topping 93 under sunny skies with little change in the forecast for Monday.
High pressure heats Southern Arizona right back up as we move toward the middle of the upcoming work week. Daytime highs will approach those Ice Breaking triple digits by Wednesday and Thursday. If you think Tucson hits 100 this week make it your Ice Break guess and you could be off to Hawaii. Get started here.
