MARANA, Ariz. - Interstate10 Eastbound near mile post 238 in Marana is closed because of a crash.

This all started just before 6:30pm Saturday.

Northwest Fire District Captain Adam Goldberg say a semi truck was going Westbound when it careened off the median into the Eastbound lanes.

The semi then collided with an SUV.

Department of Public Safety officials say there's serious damage done to the surface of the roadway as well as collision debris.

Department of Transportation officials are on their way to assess and repair the damage.

Traffic is backed up in that area.

Goldberg says the semi driver was not hurt but the woman in the SUV has minor injuries.
