TUCSON - Davis-Monthan Air Force Base today received its first operational "HC-130J" aircraft, a plane with the special capability for in-flight refueling of helicopters.
The new plane, delivered to the 79th Rescue Squadron by Lt. Col. Michael Guishcard this afternoon, is a combat-coded search and rescue variant of the HC 130J.
