PHOENIX (AP) - A man who police say was shooting up Phoenix neighborhood has been killed by officers.
Police spokesman Tommy Thompson says the shooting started around 1 a.m. Saturday after police received a call about a domestic violence incident.
When they arrived at the home, a woman ran outside and a 32-year-old man followed with a handgun and a rifle. Phoenix television station KNXV reports that the man started shooting everywhere.
That's when police shot and killed him. Thompson says two officers were injured by debris but are expected to be OK.
Police continued to investigate Saturday. The man's name has not yet been released.
