TUCSON - Today, News 4 Tucson Chief Meteorologist Rob Guarino visited Great Expectations, and the girls showed off their smarts by beating the boy's team in his Weather IQ challenge.
The girls did very well on the Speed Bonus round getting 9 out of 10 questions right, a new record for the Weather IQ, Rob says. Great Expectations Academy also learned about when the monsoon starts and where we get all the moisture from during the summer months.
The two genders are now tied - the girls have won in four schools, and the boys in four.
