TUCSON - At 63, this week's biggest loser decided she was ready to take hold of her life and make the most of her time with her grandchildren.

In order to do that she need to be more mobile.

Sue Levine lost more than 70 pounds, and not only is she feeling better, she is able to do things she did in her younger years.

"My daughter said mom it would really be nice if you went skiing with all of your grandchildren who are 8, 5, 7, and 4 years old and you were such a gorgeous skier," said Levine.

She joined a weight loss program, got a gym membership, and hired a trainer.

Levine said before her 70 pound weight loss things like tying her shoes and climbing the stairs were nearly impossible.

In the beginning Levine's trainer said it was hard to keep a good pace with the extra weight, but she was determined.

"She pushed through like a champ and I am very proud of where she is now," said Sierra Fitness trainer Shaun Nash.
In February, Levine was able to do what had been motivating her. She was able to go skiing with her grandkids.

"My body is in the best shape it's been in probably 15 years. It's absolutely amazing and I am a strong advocate of people getting healthy, eating right and exercising, it's made a tremendous difference in my life," said Levine.

She describes her experience as miraculous, and now she is able to enjoy life with her grandkids.

Levine said she doesn't have an ultimate weight loss goal.
She just wants to feel good in her own skin, something she has already accomplished.
