WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with Grand World Inc, Wednesday announced a voluntary recall of "Bobby Chupete" Pacifiers.
Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed.
The CPSC says the China made product fails to meet federal safety standards.
The government says there is a choking hazard because the pacifiers' mouth guards are too small.
No injuries have been reported, but the pacifiers should be taken away from infants.
The manufacturer is offering refunds or replacements.
