TOPEKA, KS (AP) - Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney and running mate Paul Ryan are criticizing a Republican congressman from Kansas who briefly swam naked in the Sea of Galilee.

Romney said Monday that last year's incident in Israel involving freshman Rep. Kevin Yoder was reprehensible. He says Yoder's action was a terrible mistake.

Ryan, a Wisconsin congressman, called Yoder's actions unbecoming.

Romney and Ryan made their comments during an interview with WMUR-TV in Manchester, N.H.
