PHOENIX (AP) - A van carrying a family of seven from California rolled over Wednesday night on Interstate 10 west of Phoenix.

They spent the night at the hospital after a 3-year-old girl was ejected from the van.

According to the Department of Public Safety, the little girl was rushed to the hospital with a compound fracture to her arm and other injuries.

She was the only one seriously hurt, although the other six occupants were taken to the hospital to be checked out.

Investigators believe the family was headed east on I-10 when the driver swerved into the median and rolled.
