TUCSON - Former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords will be in Tucson on Saturday, June 9th.

Gabby stepped down from Congress in January to focus on her recovery. She asked her district director, Ron Barber to run for the remainder of her term.

Gabby will be at the Rialto Theatre next Saturday on behalf of Barber's get-out-the-vote concert.

Barber is facing Republican Jesse Kelly and Green Party candidate Charlie Manolakis in the June 12 special election.

This will be Gabby's first public appearance in Tucson since she stepped down in January.
