TUCSON - A few high clouds will pass through our skies on Friday as the mercury rises a couple of degrees. Highs should top out in the upper 70s for most of Southern Arizona with light winds.
More clouds can be expected Saturday and Sunday as our flow turns 'zonal' - or from the West to the East. Clouds from the Pacific Ocean will be in our skies. These won't be rain clouds, however, and temperatures should peak near 80 by Sunday.
The drought has grown more widespread for much of the State and no rain is in the forecast. Some signs point to a pattern change in about a week, but it's too soon to know how this may affect our weather. So stay- tuned!
