Free vital document replacement offered by Cochise County

COCHISE COUNTY - The Cochise County Office of Vital Records is offering to replace, for free, any Arizona birth or death certificates lost in the Monument Fire.

Officials can replace any birth certificates from the years 1989 to present, and any death certificates from the years 2008 to 2011 at either of the these two locations:
