Bullhead City, Ariz.-Four people were killed yesterday in a collision south of Bullhead city.
The accident happened about 7 p.m. along State Route 95. One vehicle heading northbound was driving above the speed limit when they crossed into the southbound traffic lane. This vehicle collided with a SUV traveling in the southbound lane.
The teenage passenger and driver of the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the SUV, 51-year-old James Scott Burford of Mohave Valley was taken to Sunrise Medical Center and later died at the hospital. The passenger, William Burford, 53, was also transported to the hospital and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety is conducting the ongoing investigation.
