More details have been made available regarding the arrest of former Arizona Basketball point guard Josiah Turner.
Turner was charged with extreme DUI last Thursday morning after University of Arizona police stopped him for a red light violation.
According to a police report obtained by News 4 Tucson through a public records request, Turner was charged with the following:
Minor with alcohol in body.
Minor operating a vehicle with alcohol in body.
DUI to slightest degree.
DUI with BAC .08 or greater.
Extreme DUI - .15 or greater.
Turner is scheduled to appear in Pima County Justice Court on May 17.
Less than three weeks ago the UA announced that Turner would be transferring after just one year with the program. Turner was suspended twice this past season for a violation of team rules.
