TUCSON - The National Weather Service has issued a Small Stream Flood Advisory for eastern Pima County until 5:00 PM. This includes Three Points, the Avra Valley and Picture Rocks.

According to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish, thunderstorms over the advisory area are capable of 0.50-1.00" rain in a short amount of time. This will create runoff in streams and washes, impacting the Brawley Wash and Black Wash.

These storms are moving north-northwest at 15 mph.
