TUCSON - The National Weather Service has issued a Small Stream Flood Advisory for southeast Pima and central Santa Cruz Counties until 5:15 PM. This includes Nogales, Tubac, Amado & the Murphy Complex Fire burn area.
According to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish, a cluster of thunderstorms stretching from just west of Tubac south to Sonora, Mexico is capable of rainfall up to one inch. This will cause washes and streams to start flowing, especially near the Murphy Complex Fire burn area.
These storms are moving north-northwest at 15 mph.
