Flash Flood Warning for east central Cochise County

TUCSON - The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for east central Cochise County until 3:15 PM.

This includes the communities of Portal, Paradise & the Horseshoe Fire burn area.

According to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish, trained weather spotters reported Turkey Creek was flowing out of its banks. A cluster of thunderstorms over the Chiricahua Mountains is capable of rainfall over one inch.

These storms are lifting north-northeast at 5-10 MPH.
