TUCSON- Getting "Fit 4 '14" should be challenging and fun, and one local trampoline park is combining the two. The "Jump-N-Tone" class at AZ Air Time offers a full body workout in one hour. The trampoline helps with cardio and lower body exercises, while resistance bands and other pieces of fitness equipment help with upper body toning.
