TUCSON - A cool start to the day, with the Tucson International Airport recording a low temperature of 34° this morning. Santa Cruz and Cochise Counties woke up to subfreezing temperatures and some patchy fog.
High temps remain on track to reach the upper 50's this afternoon under mostly sunny skies. Fringes of Metro Tucson may drop to the freezing mark overnight, with mid 30's possible for downtown, Marana and Oro Valley.
Models continue to show our late week storm system staying just to our north, bringing a slight chance of mountain rain/snow Friday afternoon. Warmer weather returns early next week.
