TUCSON - University of Arizona grad students helped organized a day for the family at the Science Museum Saturday.

Kids learn about dinosaurs and craters as part of Science Downtown.

They painted their own planets and played with other interactive exhibits.

Organizers want to make science fun and exciting and to spark interest and curiosity.

The next exibit at the Science Museum will celebrate the landing of the Mars science laboratory.

That will be held on August 4th.
